yo im back to post again.. from today onwards, if i have nothing to post, i will start posting the 3 recipes for the day lol.. haha so that my blog wont be dead (: and on top of that, u guys can also follow the recipes that i have posted and start cooking ^^

recipes for the dayy~

1. Coconut Shrimp

Serving: 6
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes


INGREDIENTS:
2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
Shake and Bake coating mix, original chicken flavor, or your favorite bread crumbs
2 tbsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup flaked coconut
Dash white pepper (optional)
1 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg white, beaten until foamy

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. To make the coconut crumb mix, combine Shake and Bake (or your own crumbs), powdered ginger, nutmeg, flaked coconut and white pepper (if using). Mix well and set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, combine milk, honey, fresh ginger, brown sugar, and egg white. Beat together thoroughly.
4. Dip shrimp in milk mixture and roll in coconut crumb mix.
5. Bake in oven approximately 10 to 20 minutes depending on size of shrimp. Serves 6.
6. To make a real fancy dish: Serve on fried sweet potato strings. Just cut sweet potatoes into 1/8-inch or smaller julienned strips, deep fry, and drain on paper towels. Serve the shrimp on top and enjoy!

2.QUICK Lemon Chiffon Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS:
1 (6 oz.) container lemon yogurt
1 tub PHILADELPHIA Ready-to-Eat Cheesecake Filling
1 Honey Maid Grahams Pie Crust
1 cup Cool Whip
1/4 cup slivered toasted almonds


DIRECTIONS:
Fold 1 (6 oz.) container lemon yogurt into 1 tub PHILADELPHIA Ready-to-Eat Cheesecake Filling.
Spoon into 1 Honey Maid Grahams Pie Crust.
Top with 1 cup Cool Whip, and 1/4 cup slivered toasted almonds.

omg the bubble pizza looks nice to mee cos biscuit is added to it lol

3. Bubble Pizza

Add veggies to the pizza for a balanced meal.

Serving: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
2 cans 10 count refrigerated butter biscuits
1 16 oz can pizza sauce
1 lb ground beef
2 Monterey Jack cheeses, shredded
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

DIRECTIONS:
1. Brown ground beef and drain.
2. Quarter the biscuits and mix with the beef and pizza sauce in a large bowl (kitchen scissors works great.)
3. Put in a 9 x 13 greased pan.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and place cheese on top, return to oven and bake 10 minutes more.
6. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
7. Note: You may also add mushrooms, black olives, onions or any of your favorite pizza toppings.
